You are able to drive to the clinic as there is parking on Elystan Street. Please note this is a metered street parking with a maximum of 2 hours stay.

No. Appointments can be booked with Dr Mistry directly, without a GP referral.


Dr Mistry offers appointments lasting 60 minutes for initial consultations. Follow up appointment are for 30 minutes. Longer follow up appointments are available on request.

Dr Mistry currently offers appointments on the following days:

Tuesday: 8:00-19:00

Wednesday: 8:00-19:00

Unfortunately, Dr Mistry does not offer weekend appointments.

You can book a virtual consultation with Dr Mistry, and his secretaries would be able to assist you with arranging this.

You will receive an email notification confirming the date, time and location of your appointment. You will also receive a reminder email on the day of your appointment.

Before your initial appointment with Dr Mistry, you will be sent a link to a secure portal to complete a pre-consultation questionnaire. Completing this in advance of the appointment will help gather some basic information and enable you to make the most of your time during your consultation with Dr Mistry.

Consultation fees can be settled via a payment link that will be emailed to you. Alternatively, payments can be made over the phone, and Dr Mistry’s secretaries would be able to assist you with this.

Letters will be in pdf format and are usually made available by Dr Mistry via the Carebit portal within 24 hours.

Yes, documents can be shared securely with Dr Mistry via the patient portal. This is something Dr Mistry’s secretaries would be able to assist you with. Sharing your medical letters and test results with Dr. Dipesh Mistry can be very helpful in providing him with a comprehensive understanding of your physical and mental health history. This can assist him in making an accurate diagnosis and developing an effective treatment plan.
